Linguine Frittata

This year for Christmas my siblings and I compiled a "Barnum Family" Cookbook with each other's family recipes. It's been really fun to try out new recipes and enjoy great family classics too. Here is my latest adventure in cooking:
Linguine Frittata from Johanna and Jeff Johnson
I have never eaten nor attempted to cook anything like this before. I loved all the veggies! I doubled the amount of asparagus and kind of guessed on the amount of linguine so it could have used more eggs. I was so impressed that we could actually flip this from the skillet to a platter and back to the skillet. It was actually about 14"-15" in diameter rather than 12". Thanks Jo and Jeff!
