Easter!!!

In celebration of Easter, we took my last belly shot...hopefully:)
This is me about 40 weeks. All along I have been going by my ultrasound due date of April 17th but I guess my midwife never moves due dates back so Monday, April 13th was really the due date. I'm glad in my mind I don't feel "overdue" though. They went ahead and scheduled my induction date for Monday, April 20th just in case he doesn't come on his own before then. I am still feeling relatively good, aside from the really annoying and not so common pregnancy hives/rash (PUPPP). By far the biggest downside of this pregnancy but at least it has only come the last few weeks. I ended my job last Thursday so Friday I celebrated my "retirement". It was kind of fun and I actually relaxed and watched a TV show or two with my feet comfortably reclined. What are the chances that I would catch Dr. Laura promoting her book praising stay-at-home Moms as well as an Oprah episode honoring motherhood too?! I guess someone knew I would need some reinforcement:)
Easter was beautiful and sunny and we enjoyed a delicious dinner with our friends Rich and Amber. Rich is a classmate of John's and Amber is also due in about 7 weeks with a little boy too.
Next post should be from the hospital with our first family picture with our new addition!!!

Hey Bethany! You look wonderful! I hope you'll be enjoying your new little one soon! I saw that your husband was looking for rotations out of area. While we don't know of anyone in the places you listed, we do have a friend practicing ER in Rexburg...probably no help but I thought I'd let you know. We also have several other friends back west but in different areas of medicine...Anyway, good luck with everything and let me know if there is anything we can do to help!
